The project
A mural for a Salvation Army day care in Los Angeles, developed directly with the organization around the values it wanted the children and families who use the space to see every day: hope, resilience, creativity and belonging.
It covers a large wall inside the facility. Community work like this builds a sense of ownership for the people who use a space, and it is some of the work we care about most.
